He's notched Wins against Norway, Azerbaijan, San Marino, Slovenia, Belarus ,Ukraine,Greece and Faroe Islands . haven't heard of hardly any players amongst all those teams. .

Most managers could achieve that.

Had he recorded wins against Wales, Germany, Croatia, Hungary, Scotland or Qatar in the last two years I may have had a change of heart.
