How many of us, for a monthly fee would pay to be able to watch all Norwich games live?

Every time I'm abroad I can watch every Prem game live in any bar and yet there is no facility here. The amount of money generated by those attending games is such a small percentage compared to that paid by Sky, BT etc. that this mass drive to stop streams seems pointless when many would pay for legitimate use.
