80% Diet, 20% Exercise

I have/had a beer belly and started 'Fight Club' 3 mornings a week. I lost about 2 stone so far, and plateaued recently because exercise can only do so much.

Don't 'do a diet' but set a long-term change for the things you choose, when you eat and PORTION CONTROL!
