This isn't trolling or anything like that but

I'm genuinely interested in why so many people want to keep Neil in charge after only getting one point out of 24
Along with strange team selections, tactics, subs, less than great ( Brady aside) transfers, freezing out of players even though they hadn't been given a go, and genuinely looking out of his depth.
I hope we can stay up but honestly I truly believe we should have got rid already. This is the worst run we've been on in our recent spells in the premier league, and loads of people still say he's the best man to take us up if we go down. I'd rather we didn't go down but, Idon't even think that he would be based on what I've seen.
I really had high hopes this year of staying up, but it looks at the moment as we need to rely on teams being worse than us to stay up, which is obviously less than ideal. So as I say I'm just wondering why people still want him, just because of potential? Or yellow and green tinted glasses after Wembley? Or maybe just his seemingly undying man love for Russell Martin. What am I not seeing?
