I don't blame AN. As I said in the summer behind the scenes we are just not PL standard.

We have failed to blood any youth products into our first team since Lamberts first season and that's arguably because we had fallen to the third tier of English football. Also even if we were to try a new man as a short term appointment we would still have te same scouting and recruiting challengers.

Most managers would struggle to put a team out in the current PL with the players we identified to improve the squad.
