there's loads of variables that you cannot be aware of other than speculating how the decision was made to pick a player. suffice to say that the buck stops with the CEO and not the manager and he will have a far greater insight than any punter on a message board. if you are still concerned simply replace the CEO with yourself and buy smith and jones out.
