None of us have any experience as football managers (at least i suspect not) and none of us would have done it. I think its a bit lazy to just put all of Neil's mistakes down to experience. perhaps earlier in the season as you could argue it takes a bit of time to see who is capable of stepping up and dealing with the increased quality of the premier league but by now I think that excuse has worn a little thin.

Its either stubborness or he has a weakness when it comes to his judgment over defenders. I would argue he's doing the same with Brady/Olsson although i know a lot of people disagree with that. Brady is excellent but i think should be playing left mid.
