of course he's making wrong decisions

he's an inexperienced manager with huge potential, but he's obviously operating at a higher level than before in his career.

Objectively speaking, he's probably one of the worst managers in the league. Which is fine. We don't expect to have the best players in the league, so why would we expect our manager to be nearly flawless and regularly out-thinking some of the best and most experienced coaches in the world?

The key thing is that he makes enough correct decisions to keep us up; which still looks a very real possibility. And the more he learns and gets to know our players strengths and limitations, the fewer mistakes he should make.
