Cheers KC. What makes situation worse...

My cousins wife is a nursery assistant there who was looking after her. Tough to complain about it without her getting in trouble when she was great and gave lots of cuddles and ice packs to littlun. Someone more senior should have been calling an ambulance but didn't. Odd and I've just looked on schools intranet and there's no policies in place for playground accidents at the nursery. There is for the 7-13 yo and 14-18yo kids but not the nursery/pre prep.
