It's the same as if Man Utd had won it and finished just behind us. We'd have been ceremonially dumped into the UEFA cup without batting an eyelid. Although possibly with a large payoff. And if it did happen, it didn't do Zaragoza any good because they're now languishing in the nether reaches of the 2nd division.

If UEFA hadn't changed the rules which said the winners would automatically qualify, we wouldn't have this issue.
