why should they

Everton have qualified as per teh rules set down by Uefa and teh fA at the start of this season , Liverpool entered the champions league knowing they had to finish in the top 4 to re qualify , winning the cup does not automatically guarantee a place

It is a hell of a dilemma , but Everton should be entitled to a fair crack of teh whip and by playing off against somebody who by the rules has not qualified is wrong
