Customer service. This might be a path to fixing your speed issues even if the initial switch does not. zen for example are supposed to be very good.

Also. If your bell wire is still connected in your phone socket then that creates noise and reduces speed. Its the orange wire. No longer needed these days. Plenty on web about it.
