I had something similar running up the hill to Thorpe after the game to beat the traffic

Massive chest pains thought I was going to die on the spot. Drove home from match, 3 hours, and felt better, went to doctor and had similar tests, everything ok. They decided in the end I was just too fat and it was causing an acid reflux. Got some pills for it, all better now and losing a few pounds.
