tends to accompany all managerial appointments and sackings?

the football board is there to ensure that any signings fit in with the long term planning and ethos of the club, so there should be no need to clear out all players and staff to be replaced by new players and staff every time we change manager

who was it on here that was advocating the Swansea way of doing things so that the manager becomes almost an irrelevance?
