They stated that the 2013 transfers were a disaster and that there would be 'a new structure' to ensure it never happens again. McNally then said that there would be a 'football committee' that oversaw transfers.

Would need to find the interview to confirm exactly how it was said but it was certainly presented as Adams not being in full charge within the set budget.
