Question I would like to ask McNally
Why are we as a club so insistent as a club that the football committee approach is the best way forward. It appears to me that this approach of have a committee who oversees transfers, football operations etc has rarely worked in English football. Teams that have tried this approach seems to be going back to the old fashion way of letting the manger decide on all things football related. WBA being a prime example with the appointment of Pullis.
