i reckon the problem will keep on coming back year on year (because of the massive walnut tree in our garden) so i need to squirrel proof the attic to keep them out in the future. no sense in squirrel proofing the attic and leaving the current inhabitants in there as they will only die and rot or cause major damage trying to get out anyway. i need a non return squirrel escape hatch like what canarybirdie posted. if that doesn't work; squirrelicide.
