But it helps to consider more than just one aspect of something.

Money in football = obscene
Need for an executive director = a given
Performance can be good or bad = a given. And it has been bad.

Question the exec because his perfomance is s**t. But I still fail to see how it relates to an amount of money you see as too much, in an industry that regularly pays players ten times that.
