I thought the point was about the money McNally was being paid 'for failure'?

Or have I misread about thirty posts?

Are you criticising the money McNally is being paid, or his performance? The evidence I've seen on here in the past few weeks certainly diesnt in any way suggest McNally is not getting the finger pointed at him and being criticised....
