Agree about Shackell, definitely.
I just think Worthington's been over-criticised on this issue - when he took over in 2001 he gave Forbes, Llewellyn, Coote, Kenton and (IIRC) one or others a genuine chance and only Kenton was good enough really (and even then he wasn't *that* good).
