but doesnt the buck stop with the manager? Isnt he the one responsible for strategy, tactics, motivation, training etc etc?

I think the essence fo your argument is that as long as we're out of the bottom 3 then thats acceptable. Majority of paying fans now disagree and are pissed at what they're paying to watch. Me included. And today I booked 2 swansea tickets. Thus ends a decent run of results away to swansea.
