you blame him for individual defensive errors and attackers missing chances, but you don't give him credit for the number of clean sheets we have or the more attacking style in recent games?

You say his strategy isn't working, but we are clear of the relegation places and just two points off the top half, despite being unlucky with injuries this season. Given our wage budget and size of the club, that is probably about par.

Hughton obviously has his limitations, but blaming him for everything, and casting him as some kind of clueless fool is ridiculous. It's completely understandable to dislike the style of play, but to a large extent that is dictated to us by the position we are in. Not many clubs in the bottom half of the Premier play open, expansive football these days.
