All depends if teams want to try to improve

Sunderland and palace had awful starts, sacked their managers and picked up. Thus putting pressure on other teams who then thought they needed to pick up too or get relegated. And if they do get relegated then so be it. 3 teams must go down after all! Replacing the manager is never a magic cure.
