f**king ridiculous things around me on a daily basis. No lights, no helmet, no insurance, no tax and no common sense. Why give these idiots any respect? They don't deserve it with they're reckless behaviour. Anyway, most of them are on the pavements these days WHICH IS ALSO ILLEGAL. Fuck'em. They're fair game as far as I'm concerned.
