I agree

I appreciate nice people so much it get rather annoyed when they're not tbh and usually let them know somehow

as for genuine niceness though I don't think their level of pay should matter too much, you're either a nice person or you're not

those that aren't who put on the fake insincere stuff, may as well not bother imo, I won't complain if they just serve me without the bulls**t
