I'm starting to be a bit dubious about some of these stories
Plenty of talk in the media about the likelihood of hefty damages potentially having to be paid by the NHS and BBC and , hey presto, there suddenly appear a load of unverifiable new stories along the lines of "a BBC employee saw what was happening and did nothing"
