The best combination is obviously having a great board and lots of money.

Having some money doesnt 100% gurantee suceess

Having a LOT of money does.

Ipswich havnt really spent than much in recent seasons.

Its not like they have anything close to a 5 million yearly transfer budget which most of the PL teans spend on one player.

To claim Arsenal are not succesful is kind of silly.
Nobody is compared to Man Utd and Chelsea.

They have virtually never been ouside of the top 4 in the best League in the world.

Could they be better...... of course...... but its hardly a bastion of failure.
They are probably close to where they should be.

I agree Chelsea are artificially above where they should be because of their rich owner...... again we agree........

The slight difference is that they have also been able to grow thier fan base along with their success.

Something that hasnt really happened at Wigan..... their fans base keeps getting smaller by the year.

Some of their home games attendances are shocking for a PL club.
