Dont agree....... If you have the best board in the land.......

then everything else falls into place unless they are handicapped by huge debts.

It should follow that the best board will make the right financial and managerial decisions.

You could have a great manager....... with a crap board......not happening.
He is often hampered by poor off the field decisions.
