Every football fan has a dream that their team will be playing at the very highest level it can achieve.

It is based on ability and team spirit and yes some teams are financed by rich owners but would turn down a sugar daddy?

Blackburn once won the Premier league, they did it because they where bank rolled not because they had a big fan base, which of course they haven`t.
