you can have the best board in the country but if the product on the pitch is crap, they only thing the board can do is change the manager.

Changing managers is not always the best way to achieve success. We have been on both sides of this.

Or you can have a brilliant team but if injuries and suspensions effect your football because the board are crap and won`t spend the money. what usually happens is the manager walks.
