He was being asked about sentencing. Well, it's a fact that sentencing guidelines recognise that some offences called "rape" are less serious than other offences called "rape". That's just a fact. Some rapes get very long sentences (use of violence), some get short sentences (she consented to penetration but changed her mind during the act, he made her finish off), some get minimal sentences (16 year old boy shags 15 year old girlfriend who was totally up for it).

All this play-acting and posturing and pretending that "he thinks rape isn't serious" is just bollocks and it annoys me
