not a bad idea ,but not really a option

the question that keeps going through my mind is if FIFA had what appears to be a policy to spread the football word and to award the world cup to lesser football nations and to countries that haven't held them before WTF was Geoff Thompson up to he's on the FIFA board he should have had is finger on the pulse and advising the people running the bid
