I flipping love Ian 'Hollo' Hollway

and I see his point- he's paid to pick his team, and why should anyone else have a say?
BUT, the issue here is what knock on effect his actions (or other managers who do the same) might have on other clubs
If we find ourselves in the PL sometime soon, chances are we will be involved in a 'relegation fight', and it's amazing how one's opinion about such things can change when it's your club that suffers (I still hate Ever-bloody-ton, even after all these years).
As I say, I like Holloway, and I realll want his Orange team to stay up; my fear is that all this brouhaha surrounding this might affect his and his team's focus on that task- hopefully not...
