I didn't say this was going to be the lowest scoring WC ever, or the worst WC ever, or anything else about the entire tournament.

I just said that the number of goals after 14 games was the lowest ever.

Which is a fact. And so I was asking people what, if anything, they made of that.

Not loaded, not manipulation, not sensationalist. Just a fact, and a question.
