whilst i agree that his wages are probably a main reason against him getting a new contrac

t they have nothing to do with the assertion that his level is the 3rd tier. The Campionship isn't really that good, and no, from my recollection of that season he wasn't hopeless for most of it, if he was he wouldn't have got POTS.
