Chas was just on Today on R4. Dave's wife died in the summer.

So he's re-evaluated his priorities, realised that he's already got a nice gaff and a stack of dinero, loves his hobby of restoring gypsy wagons, at which he is a master, and he really can't be f**ked with touring any more, thanks very much.

It's going to take me a little while to come to terms with, I reckon.
