I think Doherty actually needs to go

he doesn't come across as a man possessed with the guts to prove the doubters wrong and fight for his place. Sure he'll be professional about it if he had to come off the bench or fill in but it's not good for either party. he has had five good years out of us which is much more than we've had out of him. Ta ra.
