I am up for gettin the youngsters involved, but I think Monday night proved that you have got to be careful with blooding to many of them at once.

At the end of the day I think Gary Doherty is more than capable of doing a good job in this division. If PL gets rid of him and brings in an adequate replacement on lesser wages then well done to the man. But if he continues to play Nelson we will struggle - simple fact.
