ask paul lambert, that's the man who is being paid to do the job

in my rubbish opinion we have sod all cash to piss around with so we need to blood the youngsters and bring them on in their careers. Some will crash and burn and others will blossom and hopefully have a long career with us. Hanging around quitters and losers will produce more of the former. I think the youth team from last season won a few games?
