This is what I liked

about Roeder, is that he could hold it together, under difficult circumstances, which the others haven't (I know this will reap replies of "but he wasn't holding it together at all", that's opinion I guess. I think he did enough in the time he took over from bottom, to prove in the long term that he'd see us right. That's just my view)
