I'm not really bothered either way.

I don't think what's raised will make any major difference. Many fans will THINK it will; and probably just get angry when, out of necessity, not as much as they expect can be afforded re: the team.

Some will claim the rebate back, others won't, depending on how any fan views things. But if the club doesn't like it, they shouldn't have offered it in the first place!
