Transparency is what's needed

So, if the board really wants to satisfy the fans that Foulgers ? for ? matching with the fans rebates will go towards players, they should open a separate bank account with a fan as a signatory, so everybody is sure that the money will be spent as promised. Of course, that won't happen will it?
