Like the whole Cullum thing. Nobody outside of the meetings knows what was said, but every Tom Dick and Glenn seems to "know" somehow that it's all the board's fault for no investment from him. My opinion is that Delia and co care passionately about this club. If there really was ?20 million available for signing players, with no detrimental effects on the club, they wouldn't have turned it down. So this suggests to me either it was never offered, or it was offered on terms that were too detrimental to the club.
