I would
Invoke the ten yard rule for any delay of the game, or abuse of the ref.
For the free kick or throw in, the team who conceded it should leave the ball, and get away and shut up. If they don?t it?s ten yards back. And again.
I wouldn?t book a player for it the first time as it restricts the ref for the next incident, unless it get persistent. It works in Rugby, and hockey, so why not in football?
Eventually the players would get it, either through their team telling them to shut up and grow up, or the crowd giving them stick. We?d get free kicks moved yards and yards up the pitch before some of the players worked it out.
