i admit it's neither easy or straightforward

we need to give any manager time and patience, but not stick with him blindly if it becomes obvious that he's not the right man for the job

for me Roeder was doing about as well, results wise, as i expected him to this season, it was his attitude that did for him as far as i'm concerned
