Not really getting any of your points on this one. Please do elaborate on what they need to amend in their behaviour and at what your average Archant hack should be looking at closer to home.

I'm more than happy to have a rational, intellectual debate on this. But please do try to join in with it, because the meat of the argument seems a little one-sided at the moment.
