During the first lockdown I'm afraid I drank and ate too much and gained an extra 5kg

Since the summer I have changed my diet (stopped carb loading) and have managed to lose 10kg!

This is quite an achievement as I havent really curbed my drinking, at least not quite yet.

I have now bought a watch that counts my steps as I think I should start moving around a bit more, for the advantages that it will bring. Maybe even lose a bit more weight.

how many steps should I be looking to do? I haven't a clue.

I'm sure some of you have done so,ething like this?
