plastic bullets are bad.

plastic bullets should not be used against protesters tomorrow.

plastic bullets should not be used against rioters.

plastic bullets should not be used on the streets of Northern Ireland to break up rioters/demonstrators/rock throwers there.

the students fees issue as a whole can be used as an example of "the effects and compromises of power." (particularly in a co-alition government). The use of plastic bullets against some student protesters against that decision can not.
