plastic bullets should not be used against protesters tomorrow. - They should if the c**ts start rioting.

plastic bullets should not be used against rioters. - Yes they should. Definately.

plastic bullets should not be used on the streets of Northern Ireland to break up rioters/demonstrators/rock throwers there. - Yes, yes they should be.

the students fees issue as a whole can be used as an example of "the effects and compromises of power." (particularly in a co-alition government). The use of plastic bullets against some student protesters against that decision can not. - I agree, but if used as a standard measure against rioters, then the rioters cant complain if they're hit by one.
