Has anyone here
torn their knee cartlidge and/or ruptured their anterior cruciate? I've managed to do both and am booked in for reconstruction on Friday, would fancy a heads-up on what to expect after the op. Please don't say pain, I kind of have that one sussed!

- Yep, had an arthroscopy to remove / clean up what was left.
